The Iowa Beta Chapter of Gamma Sigma Delta (Honor Society of Agriculture), was chartered in 1913. The Honor Society of Agriculture Gamma Sigma Delta began as a professional agricultural fraternity called Delta Theta Sigma at Ohio State University on December 1, 1905.
